1) Ten consecutive stops from 30MPH down to 10MPH (with about 30 seconds between each stop).
2) Wait 15 minutes to allow for sufficient cooling.
3) Five consecutive stops from 50MPH down to 10MPH.

Even after this process, the brakes will not be fully "broken-in" until you have driven on them for a fairly significant amount of time (usually somewhere between 300 and 600 miles of use).
*There are different bedding instructions for different brakes/pads.*
OK, I haven't checked this thread in forever. My car is in it! Lol.
Yes, everything on my car is authentic. Top Secret Aero front, rear and sides. Volk GT-C wheels. Unfortunately most of my team mates don't believe as strongly as I do about buying authentic quality parts and rock replicas. Sometimes I cry about it at night. I'm trying to work on them but it's pretty much pointless. They think like the vast majority of this forum does, that replicas "look just as good" and they'll buy them because it's cheaper and easier. The only thing that everyone spends money on consistently that are quality parts are their wheels.
Josh (BOXER83) with the blue slate coupe also has authentic Top Secret Aero parts with carbon fiber accents. His car is awesome (except for the illest badging which I cannot excuse.
) Ian (icfp1980) rocks AIT and makes baby Jesus cry.
I still love those clowns though even though they rock fakes.
Like a few others, I mod my car strictly for myself paying very little attention to what's in fashion or what the flavor of the month mod is. I'm not in any hurry at all to have it "finished", I'm enjoying the journey. I keep cars a long time so I'm not in a rush and I'd rather save up and buy something really worthwhile than rush to be the first person to have "mod x" on my car which is probably crap anyway. I'm not a JDM ***** either, I buy quality parts form Japan or the US, it doesn't matter to me. I promise I'll have some more photos soon. I've had some shots taken recently but it may be a while before I get them as the photog is really backed up and will publish them on his blog before releasing them to me to post.
