Yes it is. It's a Nifty-Shifty AT boot cover, they were made by an OG member on G35driver but he had switched to Facebook only sales.

OMG, where do you find such things? I did not even know that existed. It's beautiful. not feeling the faux 6MT boot look-alike but that **** is amazing and more so that the turtle is what gets pushed down. WOW.

 

That's definitely something his uniqueness had fabricated! Tommy Kaira does not make any knos like that so everything you see he had custom done to a regular TK ****. Simply amazing!

 

It is a 3-peice shift **** custom made overseas in Japan. I've been eyeing it since the previous owner showed it off on VQNation and I purchased it almost immediately after he listed it.
