Help OEM Damper/Shocks wear out a lot quicker with aftermarket springs?

OEM Damper/Shocks wear out a lot quicker with aftermarket springs?
I am wondering how much faster the OEM damper/shocks get worn out if I was to install aftermarket springs, not coils. Springs like H&R, Eibach, etc. thx!

They will wear out faster, but it also depends on how rough you are on the car.
My fiance for instance used to go fast over speedbumps and up driveways, and wondered why her struts were dying so fast.
