R2C intake & Stillen Exhaust

Hey guys,

So I have my R2C intake and & stillen exhaust install a few weeks ago and until now, I felt that the car became more lean or "run rich", is this only me or if I should be getting a tune? I only have my intake and exhaust modded and I am located in North Cal, San Francisco. Any input?

you probably are running alittle lean but nothing to worry about.. but a tune will get you more power...

here would be a good place to go for the uprev tune per the uprev website.

UpRev - Engine Management

Z CAR GARAGE - San Jose, CA

My buddy got an uprev tune on his 370z awhile back at Zcar and he was really happy with the results and their service. I'd say give them a call and talk to them

You're fine without a tune. Running lean/rich isn't something that can be felt. With just intake/exhaust, you're fine. If you plan on adding more bolt-ons, wait until after you're done to get a tune.

Thx for all the great inputs all. I am just curious if I can an uprev/tune now and pay the service up front and in the future, if I happen to change or add additional mods, do I have to pay for a fees to do the tuning again?

I am planning on doing the same mod and wanted to know if you noticed an increase in HP as well as sound levels? Also do you know of using the plenum intake along with headers or a true dual exhaust?

I am also planning on getting the R2C and Stillen Cat back for the 2011 G37xS but really need to know how to reset the ECU and if simply resetting the ECU will accomplish the same thing as the UpREV tune? Do they have an uprev tune map for the 2011 G37xSedan Sport?

there is no need to reset the ecu..uprev tune gives you more power and puts your A/F ratio back to normal.
