had the same problem with my invidia hfc's. their stock extensions they gave with the cats did not work, so i took a couple of HELP's spark plug non fowlers and made another extension. haven't had the problem since!

I think you need more caps. Yea thats it, bigger letters will solve your problem.

P.S. Here are the extenders for my ERZ HFCs... they work just fine!

2" up from the bung, and 3" out.
