Paddle Shifters on 2010 G37 Sedan Journey
For those of you looking to install the OEM paddle shifters on the 2010 non-sport Gs, here is the answer:
The OEM Paddle Shifters works the same as before.
I just installed the paddle shifters yesterday on my 2010 G37 Sedan Journey. I followed the DIY from here.
The pieces changed a little from the DYI (there are no more trim pieces on the lower part), but the instructions remains all valid.
Also, the tricky part is the Torx 30 Tamper Proof. This is not your normal Torx 30, you will need the tamper proof one (thanks to one of my friends that had one) and the 19mm to take the wheel off, you will need quite a bit of force to take it out. Make sure you have the right instruments for this
Here are some photos of the process that I took. You will see that they are exactly the same as the DYI.

You dont need to remove the airbag/steering wheel.
I did it without it. Its a bit trickier to get the pieces off, but a much better alternative than messing with the wheel/airbag.
Just turn the wheel each way to get the two screws out, then get the ones underneath, and the pieces should pop off with enough force.

Risky Guy: It costs ~$230 for pieces. Again, this is the OEM paddle shifters. You only get it from factory if it's G37S. Are you saying you got the dealer to do Parts+Install for $100? Sounds too good to be true.
IgS: I heard about doing it without taking the wheel apart, but I didn't want to risk braking any plastic piece, and since I had all the tools, I decided on doing the way I knew I wouldn't break anything
