If you have mesh or complicated design on your rims then I wouldn't go to Beshoff. They didn't bother cleaning my actual spokes but instead cleaned the lips really well both times that I went there for car wash.
If you are going to Tech 3, make sure they are clear with you on the labor charge, parts charge, etc. since they weren't very clear with me a couple of times so I stopped going over there. But this was more than 4 years ago, not sure about now. I have no complains about their quality of work however.

yeah very true about Tech 3...it just i allow so many people to touch my car....they know their stuff but labor charge i am not quite sure...another place to get stuff done would be Z car Garage.
i got a shop in the city that does pretty good job on painting. it'll probably run you about $80 bucks to get it professionally done
