Because of the Top Secret kit on my car I cannot get a clear bra. Would it be possible to make a vinyl overlay that would at least go across the bottom of the front lip if not other areas to strengthen the kit? I assume it would be like the stock vinyl on the rear quarter panels.. I envisioned it being something inexpensive that I could do myself, since my car is black I don't think it would be all that noticeable.

Overlays will protect the paint... but I dont think they will strengthen the fiberglass...

Id just buy a couple squares of Clear Bra form some where and do it your self...seems pretty cheap to me...

 

Either that or take it to a shop that does clear bras and have them do it by freehand. I know Lou's guy Ed can do it that way so it's not out of the question whether or not it can be done. Just find someone that's experienced enough to do a good job.
