Overlays on Clear Bra

I'm looking into putting on Bat's overlays on my headlights and a clear bra. Should I put on the overlays after I put on the clear bra on the headlights or before?

y put a clear bra? if your going to do it bc you think its ganna change color then do it before, other then that you dont need a clear bra on ur heads.

later down the road if you dont like it you can never take it off without taking off the entire clear bra for the front? or your getting it cut out for the HL
