Depends what color you go with IMO. I think black is clean and no rice. Hot pink on the other hand would = rice

I did the fronts green yesterday and I'm not entirely sold. might paint over them black. haven't decided yet. I'll post a pic. (I chose green because my car is black its sioux colors.)

Yea I would paint them black if they are just the stock calipers. Even red can be a little ricey depending your set up...

I don't think painted calipers are too bad. Painted drums are another story...

Yea it is all personal preference. I think the painted calipers work well with aftermarket wheels opposed to just stock too. Painted drums =

mayyyybe if you had a BBK, then I would worry about "drawing attraction" to your calipers, but painting them GREEN with that small of calipers...I would have probably stuck to just painting them black to keep it clean until you ever want to upgrade.

^I agree. If I had a BBK then i would probably leave it. also yes bad execution. lol My roommate and I were bored so we found something to do quick. I'm thinking I'll leave it for a week or so to feel it out then decide whether or not to go with black. Once it gets dirty I think it won't appeal to me at all...

I see your Sterns are pitting like mine did too I think the color is just a tad too bright for me but it's all about what you want man. Maybe some green lugs or something too to accent them if you're gonna rock that green.

I painted mine black to hide them since they are not bbk. I want the attention to be on the wheels and not the calipers since most people will say:

1. damn ...painted calipers .. cool
2. Not sure about that look
3. He needs bbk

Looks like u did a nice job painting them from what I can tell.
