There's a cf diffuser that lays right over the existing. If you look, the diffuser on there is actually inset a little bit. The add on will actually make it flush.

My overlays should be coming tomorrow. They were going to come today but required a signature, so I'm crossing my fingers for tomorrow!

 

My headlights are being shipped out today, and I'm picking up my bumper 2morrow....

why does this last minute timing thing alllllways happen to me??

 

Haha poor guy, 3 days left and I'm ready. Although not being able to drive the car is definitely hurting So I checked about the ability for me to use the lifts at work sometime if I wanna do any work on my car. Sways are a bit more intensive than I'd prefer as far as removing wheels and undoing my exhaust, so I might just have them do it or wait a bit more.....but on the plus side, I can use the lifts and tools n such when I need to. Which should make everything much easier!

Got a few more parts in the mail today... Received my X50 radar and hideaway license plate. Hopefully car will be put together when I get out of work and all I have to do is wet sand and buff.

I wasn't going to have enough time to put my exhaust on so I paid to have it done at Midas today. Wont know what it sounds like until tomorrow though.. Lance I'm gonna try to sweet talk my boss to see if I can leave b4 2.. I know for sure He will let me go by 2 we will c whats up tomorrow hes been off all week.

 

kk, lemme know asap. I'll be working on the car all night 2night too. Picked up my bumper this morning b4 work and my headlights are scheduled to be delivered b4 3. Does anyone wanna go to my house and sign for 'em? They put SIG REQUIRED and i guarentee i'm goign to miss the stupid delivery...ughhh.

 

Is it UPS or FedEX? UPS has a customer service center that is open until 6 that you could pick them up from lol. This is why I have all my parts held for me so I can pick em up at the most convenient time

 

yeah, I called UPS to see if I can have it held but its already on the truck and out for delivery. If worse comes to worse, I can pick it up down in Eagan 2night when the trucks return back to the facility

 

Yea that's what I was thinkin. My friends dad works for UPS so worst case he can call them and I can pick it up from their location lol. But that's too much work

and the exhaust, i don't think i've heard on a 1st gen. Do you have an auto or standard?

 

Pretty happy with the car.. I think it looks pretty sick! The bronze wheels with the bronze mesh in front and back I think work good. Car is drving real nice with the exhaust and HFC's. They do need a little breaking in though. My damn license plate light isnt working.. Gotta get that fixed tomorrow sometime. Only thing left is installing my hideaway license plate holder Gonna try to find some time tomorrow.
