..volunteering gets our "crew" on the t-shirts and on the website and basically gets us recognized.
We will also get the following according to the newsletter:
*club pamplets to the registration package and goodie bags(we don't have)
*clubs logo on the t-shirts
*club logo on the website
*club's logo will be added to all publicity items including magazine advertisements, as well as a spot in the potential DVD the are discussing at this time.
*those working an event will receive STAFF T-SHIRTS (only way to get one is to work)
*clubs that sponsor the event will get special recognition and a token of their appreciation, a plaque of appreciation similar to their car show plaques.
