You can get the pricing from their website. And yeah it is the only hotel for like 20 or more miles. THis place is somewhat remote from what I saw today in looking it up. There are still rooms availible, or cabins. Should able to put 4-6 people in a 3 bedroom place/room for a good price.
I wish I still had my bike. That's one place I would ve loved to ride it. The G will have to do.

And here is the #1 reason. We need to book rooms asap in NC. They already are on LIMITED AVAILABILITY for MAY of 2012 because of ZDAYZ. I'm sure people that go every year just book their rooms for the following year.
I NEED TO KNOW WHO'S ALL 100% in, and if you are there are deposits required to reserve the rooms in North Carolina. To calculate how much it will be per person, I NEED TO KNOW how many 100% confirmed we have, so I will be calling each and every one of you today or tomorrow at the latest.
On the first page I'm goign to label you as CONFIRMED when you are 100% in. To hold the room I will put give my CC #.
I'm going to calculate this with 5 to give people an idea on financing this
.....easily the best options are(3 nights, Thurs through Sat night, May 17th-20th):
#1 -2 bedroom in hotel (1 queen bed and 2 twins) = 666/3nights= $222 a night (~$45/person per night) - $303.50 dep required
#2 -2 bedroom in hotel (2 beds) = 513/3 = 171 a night (~35/person a night)
#3 -2 beds in 1 hotel room = 402/3 = $134 a night (~27/person a night) $184 deposit required

oh, and if you didn't see on FB, my phone is NOT in texting condition. I will have one by the end of the day though, stopping at verizon and buying a new one. Don't feel like having another referbed phone through insurance, and for 50 bucks more I just buy a new one(wonderful nonsmartphones i tell ya!)

I can ask everyone when I talk to them 2night. I'll prob be on the phone or a texting machine all night.
Me personally, if we have 5-8 guys, I would say #1 is def a great option. Considering bathrooms, and that many GUYS in a hotel room, will atleast give us space to move around. Besides atleast 4 peeps can mix w/ beds if cool w/ it and buy a meal for the others or something.

JK. I did manage to leave Alabama at 5 am and drive straight through home, got stuck in Chicago with traffic as always and was still expected to be at work at 730 in the morning...I did not function well at all that day
