Got the new pipes installed last night.... wasn't nearly as bad as the first time as the OEM cats were really on there. The reason my old pipes cracked was b/c the design didn't incorporate the brace that bolts to the tranny and keeps the two sides stable. The new pipes now use that brace and thankfully I kept it. The new instructions state that not using the brace can result in cracking from excessive vibration and that's what happened so now my 50% deal doesn't seem so great but I'm over it. The new pipes w/ the brace sound way better than my old setup. The Nissan hiss had gone down significantly. Instead of hearing it beneath you it's now coming only from the end of the exhaust and is very faint to non-existent. I'm beginning to think the old pipes breaking was a blessing in disguise.

Glad to hear it all worked out for the best man...
