the titanium ford focus was our second choice. but i really wanted her to have an suv, and this thing is way more powerful. the focus has a sweeeet interior and handling dynamics... ford has really upgraded their lineup the last 2-3 years, and are getting recognized for it.

Again, wrong. There was a resolution back in December. Its a bad wiring harness under the seat. You have to have your dealer fix it, Nissan is trying to avoid a recall on it.
P.S.
If you check around, you'll see that only a few people have had it repaired. There is currently no repair approved by Nissan. My fiancee spoke with someone at corporate and they acknowledged the problem and stated there would be a TSB in the next 30 days. It's been over five weeks and still nothing.

We've had it in the dealer three times in total for defects, and we filed a complaint with corporate. The dealer (Kline Nissan) said they called corporate and they said that was how the seats were designed. We bought the car on December 17. We've owned two previous Altimas, a 2008 coupe and a 2010 sedan, neither had any issues. Just giving a heads up.

Anyways, we ended up purchasing the Altima tonight. Didn't really find any problems with the car. Only issue I found was that the passanger door actually rubs the liner when you open it.... Taking it back in this weekend to get it adjusted.

Yeah.... they're minor issues, but can be expected w a first year car facelift. We night the car and bought the extended warranty as well. Will definitely have this car for a long time!
We also got killer below invoice pricing on it as well. US Bank has their VPP program w them which is amazing!
