Yes, I still have the VS-XX's. I probably should have sold them so I could a little bit more financially stabe, but I knew I would regret it. I will be ripping them apart this winter. I have plans for them to unveil in the spring

I'm so glad the holidays are over. While it is nice to see everyone, it's glad to be back to relaxing on my own time.

Anyone going to Monster Trucks on the 19th? I usually go, but this time I get to go in luxury I'm going to invade a buddy of mine's box that him and another tow operator share. Should be a good time, and if it's not, there's a private bar. lol

Whoa! What's up gents, and ladies? I haven't been on here in about 8 or 9 months probably. Good to be back home for sure, and not working outside in the cold, although I will surely miss the money the oil fields can provide. Also have not seen any of you in far too long. Looking forward to some get togethers and meets in the summer to come. I see the group has grown as well and I am excited to meet all the newbs.

Caitlin and I are in the process of buying a house, so I am sure we will have some sort of get together there in the spring to kick things off.

Yeah I hear ya on that. Dropping off my niece and cousin who came from Paris. Loved the company but I'm ready to be back on me time.

On a different note_ I know Concavo wheels are not very popular with some of our member... cough...Dan... cough cough... Matt... cough but it just so happens that they are giving away a free set here https://www.myg37.com/forums/wheels-...o-cw-12-a.html Though it may be of interest to some of you.

Where did you happen to find the spare engine? I'm looking to purchase the STS rear mounted turbo kit within 6 months and slap it on my current engine. IF everything turns out great, which I don't think so since I just hit 100k before I stored the car. I would love to get the momentum performance kit but they decided to go belly up, and its very hard to find one used.

How much did you pay for it? I know a few people on craigslist are selling theirs. (One from a Sedan and one from a 350z)

I lucked out finding one with 37K from a salvage yard in florida for $2000. most of the ones I saw for that price had over 100K. It also has a 3 year warranty.

When I stopped at the nissan dealership to have them check out the car, the mechanic unbolted the exhaust and bolted it back up to try to figure out why it was sounding weird. now it threw a p0430 code and again after clearing it ( and CEL light). He ****ed something up. I'll get under the car to check it out tomorrow.

I doubt its just a coincidence that one of the cats when bad a day after the mechanic messed with the exhaust.
