Not everyone can afford a home, nor the people that have the funds to afford one always want one

Hey Ryan, what is your mortgage payment?

I'd be more apt to buy a home if I could afford it and it was in an area that i'd actually wanna live.

 

My mortgage, taxes and insurance are cheaper per month than any apartment 1/2 the size of this house in the area. I pay less than 800 for all that, before utilities, which I don't count since I paid those in my apartment anyways. Plus I rent out two rooms in the house. I basically live for free. Haha

 

That's legit then. I would do it if I was planning to stay somewhere for more than the next year.

I will probably buy a house within the next two two and a half years.

Rent next year. Pay off student loans. Rent another year and build up a decent down payment and then buy one... Or if something works out sooner that would work too lol

 

Gonna order my coils next week. I cant decide on which front bumper I want. i am torn between the K2, Inven and karuma z.

btw, fvckin houses are not for eveRYONE. people need to stop whining about how "Wasteful" apts are. some people just dont like the commitment of a house, so just cause i pay a litlte more to live in an apt, i dont have to worry about anything, and if i wanna move, i can move... yeah its not an investment, but i dont look at everything i do as an investment.... i love the flexibility of not owning a house. i've also rented plenty of houses (which i prefer over apartments cause of space and stuff) and i think that's one of the best things to do.

it also depends on what kind of a lifestyle you were raised in and what stage you are at your life... buying a home under 25 doesnt make sense to me unless you already have like 2-3 kids and you're just boring.

will i eventually own one? prob, but it annoys me when home -owners talk about what a "waste" apartments are. haha

 

also, who wants to hang out otnight? i am free all day and night! woo hoo!
