I'm right around 31k...2008 G37s Coupe. Purchased a year ago with 26k...not bad for putting 2k miles on it just on the way home..so I put on about 3k this summer, most of it was on our trip to Chicago and back for Wekfest.
I'm sure Mike will win the miles battle...or Janik if you guys are looking at seeing who drives their car the most.

Alright you guys have convinced me, the search for snow tires will continue.
This was my plan.
If i can find some decently priced 18" snow tires I would make my "stock" wheels the winter wheels. In the spring I would find some 350z wheels and either put the DWS on those or if I could afford it get some summer tires.
Otherwise if I can find some 17" stock wheels and snow tires, have these as the summer wheels, and probably just leave the DWS's on.
We will see what happens, there are some 18" blizzaks in the cities I want to go look at but I won't home until Winter break

I do have a set of 16" wheels from a 96 Eclipse GSX. I know the bolt pattern and offset would work, but I have no idea if they will clear your calipers. I'd sell them for cheap.
But bottom line, get some snow tires. Its just not your acceleration that improves, but the braking is way better in the snow. That helps RWD and AWD cars. I'll never drive a car though winter without snow tires.

Curt
If you like the stock wheels, then find some 17s and put winter tires on those. I wonder if there are any 16" wheels that fit on Gs? I know they won't fit on Gs with the upgraded calipers.

I don't think 16's would fit. Maybe on a 03/04 but I think the brakes got bigger on the 05's?
I found a couple options I just have no way of going to look at them/buy them at the moment. As they are all in the cities.
I drive an 07 x with currently about 51k on it. Bought it with just over 32k on Jan 7. So in under 11 months, I've put over 19k on it. Lance, I think I might win most miles award. I average over 1700/month.
They had the Brembo's on the 2003 6mt and sport models but I believe they did make the stock brakes larger after discontinuing the Brembo's (compared to the stock non-brembo 03-04 brakes)

Holy low miles.
I drive my car a lot, and she will be in the snow this year, so idk. I am anticipating 50k before Florida easy.
On coupes, yes, you could get larger Brembo brakes. On the sedans, 03-04 had the much smaller calipers. in 05, on the RWD models, they upgraded the brakes so the calipers are a good bit larger. Better stopping performance as well.
I am starting to think, **** the exhaust. Not sure I want to spend a grand on that when I could spend a grand on some new summer wheels instead.... maybe a set of Vossens... The Tanabes aren't sold yet. Maybe I'll just keep them in my garage and see about doing HFCs instead.

Heh, my 2011 has about 5,000 miles or so
Keep in mind this was pretty much from July to October..... Hopefully I can minimize driving it until Florida, but I KNOW it won't work out like I plan. At least I can stick with my Accord for most of the trips to the cities this year so that will be huge! My 3rd trip up in the last week yesterday lol
