If a couple of people are gonna get wheels maybe we can all do a group buy from a vendor who carries the different brands we all want so we can save some money. Who else is getting rims? Cuz I really want to find a way to get those Meisters!

 

I think Dan is getting wheels as well but don't know if he s just gonna wait til Miami and get them there.

 

I think its so funny when Andrew and I go some place and we take the G... it just makes him so ready to buy a G. lol he just sits there. "I need a G" the whole ride hahahaha

 

It's bad. I'm like tweaking out every day. I need one of these damn cars sooo bad it's not even funny.

It is getting bad, I have even planned the mod list for the first couple days of ownership....The budget is a grand and it's basically all gone

I can't find the right one that isn't in California.... I have been looking for one of these cars since like February. Before I could barely afford one, and now I just can't find one that is decently priced and that I want.

Oh I'm specifically looking for an 04 6mt sedan, so that makes the search harder.

 

Or a deal on an 05-06... or 03.5.

 

Hopefully you find something soon or else your gonna go to rehab. R u planning on driving this in the winter? If so there has to be one in the tri state area that kinda meets those requirements.

 

Why an 04 specifically?

 

Yeah it could happen. And I would most likely drive it in the winter but not necessarily. If it's been well kept and is from here it wouldn't bother me one bit. And the only one near is an 04 that has 128k on it and isn't all that nice, it's been for sale since I think may.

I want an 04 because it has lsd and the better trans than 03 because of the syncro's in the 03 tranny. I would also prefer to stay with an 04 versus an 05-06 because of the money difference and the rev-up motor is concerning for me.

 

I went and beat on that 04 with 128k. It is a fast car (Been broken in well LOL) but its like, kinda loose feeling and feels like some maintenance may need to be done IE a clutch and stuff)

That and they want like 9500 bucks for it which is too much IMO.

 

hmmm ic...well with winter arriving, you just might get lucky...especially since you're looking for a 6mt versus an awd...if you were looking for a coupe, you would've been extra lucky, because its not very realistic to be driving a coupe in the winter lol...hence my luck...i bought my coupe towards the end of october 3 years ago, and got a steal! PLUS it was from california heh...
