Minneapolis area dealership advice

I just recently bought a 2009 g37x and was hoping for suggestions for places to go to get service. Lupient infiniti in golden valley seems pretty good but the Luther infiniti in Bloomington is closer to my house. Has anyone had good or bad experiences at either of these shops? Are there other shops recommended for service in the metro area? Any honest service writers that are recommended? I appreciate all the help!

I bought my car from Lupient and have serviced it there ever since. Great people and they'll definitely take care of you. Some of the other local G owners really like Luther as well though there has been a couple of mishaps there. Those were handled promptly though. You can't go wrong with either dealer, so it's really whatever is more convenient for you.

Cool thanks for the info. You just never know who to trust these days. Lupient has been good to me so far when my ses light went off. Every time I tried calling luther I would get a voicemail, not impressed with them so far.

I had a terrible experience with Luther Bloomington Infiniti when I purchased my car from them. But I've had a good experience with their service dept. They do handwash the exterior and vacuum the interior everytime they service the vehicle as a complimentry service.

I just recently went to Lupient Infiniti in Golden Valley and their service dept was good as well. The customer lounge is much nicer than Luther's. After the service advisor saw my R2C intake under the hood he asked if i knew who Tevi (soolman32) was. He was raving about how clean Tevi's car is.

Damn Tevi now we know you have arrived. LOL
