I think you mentioned powedercoating rims? I did mine at Wheels of America. Great place, friendly and awesome price (about $100-120) per rim.
That includes cleaning, fixing all damages, powdercoating and remounting/balancing your wheels. You can also ship your tires to them from Tirerack or etc if you need to mount new tires on your new rims. Tell them you are from G37 board and they will give discounts.

a. More of a Matte finish
b. Can add glossifier
Choice of paint which is not so much removable and very durable
a. Can leave with a dull finish
b. Can make extremely glossy
