Anyone in law enforcement (or know someone in the field) who can run an Illinois plate for me?

BTW, this is NOT for any evil or nefarious purpose! I just wanna know if a certain Mustang Bullitt I've seen buzzing around town is my ex-fiancé's. We have lost touch but I'd like to know if he traded in his G for this 'stang....it's killer! It's blown by me several times (also saw it parked) and when we split he was leaning towards trading in his G coupe.

Well and good, you don't think you're stalking an ex (and I'll take you at your word that you truly aren't) but that's sure as hell exactly what it sounds like from your posts. Call the local police and see if they can help you or if they'll come by and question you. If you were a guy just trying to get info about an ex who apparently doesn't want to be in contact with you, you'd be a stalker. If you're still on friendly terms with him then write, call, email, or drop by his place and see. Unless you've got a problem with that pesky restraining order he's got against you.
