Most pipes tend to rattle! Could be that most people cheap out and get the non resonated, not sure tho. I just hate that rattly sound off of them. I gotta listen to the FI system with pipes

 

...hmmm....have not heard of ANY of this buddy? If people have pipes that rattle, its most likely because they get some cheap hfc's/resonated pipes that are 100 bucks off ebay.

And what do you mean rattle? Rattle on what? The actual pipe itself has things inside that rattle? Sounds like we have a good conversation to have 2night...lmao. I literally have not heard a single thing about "rattling HFC's/test pipes".

Also, these aren't resonated test pipes...they're resonated HFC's. FI is the only company that makes them.

yeah I'm confused....lol! I'm 100% getting the RHFC's though. Already talked to Tony from Fast Intentions about them. The resonators in the cats prevent it from getting much louder and annoying in the cabin which is exactly what I want. I want the gains of the hfc's, but not the loudness of them.

 

I'm sure that's what he's talking about. Yes, sometimes test pipes can get raspy and droney but a high flow cat should do a lot more to filter that out.

I'm about to go to the State Fair Grounds to check out the golf sale they have. Apparently they have some good stuff for like 80% off retail, and I could use a new set of irons...since I bought mine used in like...Jr High? 12 years ago?? LOL
