Well... we all wont know exactly how well it sounds until we hear it in person so my first impressions of it are good. I hope it will keep up! I know that when I get it, I'll be taking video comparisons of my brother's G35 and my G37.

Oh MUSIC to my ears! The WOT sound is definitely improved IMO.. alot meaner.

What I couldn't audibly discern was the distinct G35/Z tone at low-mid RPM.. Its as if it wasn't as pronounced. Maybe its cause in the clip the G37 didn't stay in that RPM range long enough.. or maybe I need to play it again on better speakers, but im hoping it still is present..

I noticed the same thing, but then again, I didn't really notice it on the G35 either. I'll go back and listen.

Schwing....

Mean, a lot meaner then the 35, very nice post Mike, thanks and keep it comming, we are all living vicariously right now thru you and your hard work. I think some of us want to apply for jobs - any opennings? Like tester, car track tester, street tester, Nuerburgring driver, demo driver, scca build and test track team, or maybe these same positions for the GTR? I bet you have all that covered!

The more we see, the more we like, I think your efforts are helping people see past those first dirty silver desert shots and more people are really starting to like the car, if not better then their first gen models, at least more then they did on March 31st.

Wow, thanks alot Michael, I appreciate you taking time out of your schedule to post, as you are our only outlet for learning about the G37. I love the new exhaust sound. It has a meaner sound and more of a low growl, like you will be able to hear and feel it coming from a mile away!!

This is an open forum so I can't say what just happened in my office.
It sounds open, loose, mean and raspy and has a "supercar" sound to me beyond that of a V6. It actually sounds like some of the Gallardos cruising in my neighborhood, and I mean that. Go pull up a Gallardo on youtube and you'll see what I mean.

Heavenly. Thanks, Michael.

It lost its gurgle the original G35 has as the RPM's die down, but it definitely has a raspier tone to it, sounds meaner and racier....With hi-flow cats its gonna sound very mean...

I can just about hear the extra displacement in the lower/deeper growl. And the top-end... ...it really sounds great! Nice job!!!
