Asanti black label wheels abl-12 dont fit....now what?

So I finally found a set of wheels that liked on wheelmax for my fx50. https://www.wheelmax.com/wheel/8913/...lImageID=37566

I ordered them and I get a call a few days later. They said these wheels might rub the front brake caliper due to the concave design. Wheelmax ended up shipping one wheel so I can test fit it and today the wheel came in and sure enough, it rubs the front brake caliper by centimeters. I really like these wheels and I want to make it work. Would spacers be an option or should I just send the wheel back and keep looking?

5 mm spacer may be enough, maybe 10 mm hub centric and extended studs to be safe.

Sounds good. Now should I get them just for the front or should I do it all around? The wheels clear the rear calipers.

Depends how the fitment is. If the front is poking and the back isnt, it would be nice to make them somewhat even.

That's true. Gonna go ahead and pull the trigger. I'll post pics of the final product.

Where are our pics at? And they sell 3mm hubcentric spacers with the lip so you won't have to get extended lug bolts.

All you need now are some lowering springs and thinner spacers up front, in my humble opinion, and maybe some chrome lug nuts.

I dunno if I can go any thinner up front, they barely clear the brake caliper now. Maybe bigger spacers in the rear?

How big are the front spacers? To me it just doesn't look right when the wheels extend past the fender. Dead even or ever so slightly in is perfect.

I would say try 5 then. But that's just me. I would always go with the thinnest needed on the front based on my experience. I use to run 15mm spacers and they made my steering so heavy and numb.
