Exclamation OBDII Port Anti-Theft Lock

2008-2015 INFINITI G37/Q60 and 2009-2020 Nissan 370Z cars are currently the 3rd most stolen cars in the US. Thieves can simply break a window or the sunroof, plug into the OBD port with pirated software and program a new blank key fob to start your car and drive away with it in less than 2 minutes all without setting off the factory alarm and bypassing the factory immobilizer.

Even if you recover your car, your key fobs will no longer work and will need reprogrammed by the dealer. You may even need your entire ECU replaced!

Don't be a victim! Avoid all of these headaches and insurance issues by installing my custom engineered OBD port lock specifically designed to only fit the G37/370Z that installs in minutes. It fully surrounds the OBD port and protects it from any unauthorized access by a potential thief. No modifications are needed and it is easily removable for any dealer or service work when needed.

It is a one piece high strength 11 gauge stainless steel design precision fit to the factory mounting bracket with a high strength pick resistant lock that can be removed in seconds with a simple key.

It is far superior to the generic plastic junk on the market now. Is anyone interested in buying one if I sell it for less than $250 each? I have one working prototype and need to know if there is enough interest to warrant producing them.

Meh

For most who have a G37 that’s worth it for them to not have stolen, is better off unscrewing the two screws, tucking it up under that dash and hidden. There’s nothing you could put in the OBD port that would t get destroyed by a thief. Thieves are desperate and wouldn’t be gentle with anything you put between them and the “prize”. You can also put a hidden kill switch in, and ecutek tubes have a kill-switch also.

appreciate you looking of for the community but it’s simply not an end-all be-all measure.

lastly, G37 is nowhere near the most stolen. Kia’s had the top 5 on the lock for a long time, there weren’t a lot of G37’s really made. 180k worldwide at most. Cheers
