Geez....I need something like this for the EX. Having the turn signal in the rear bumper is one of the features on this car that I don't particularly like.

This is such an easy mod for the G37. It would be the first thing I'd do to my G37 if I had one

Should've come this way from the factory

Although the manual process of the DIY module install route might be a tall task for some, leading to apprehension about splicing into wires... and they would rather the simplicity of the PnP option for their coupe or sedan (also keeping that true oem look if anyone was to peer below the trunk liner trim)... the thing the DIY module shown in the video with Paul from DD (2nd post) allows one to do easily is to wire up the existing turn signal light (of course, replace it with an LED bulb and that will also require an inline resistor somewhere on the turn circuit to prevent hyper-blink).

The end result is even more visual impact in terms of signaling those behind you when you're braking or using the turn signals (or even hazards).

Here's an example of what's possible.. (excuse the potato like vid quality)
Can you show or explain this part. I'm a novice, but really want to give this mod a shot. I really like how it looks in your video

Do these modules integrate the factory incandescent bulb when the turn signal is actuated? If not, how can this functionality be restored - that is, so both the led ring and the stock turn signal flash.

These modules are not designed to be used with incandescent bulbs. You can install an LED bulb in place of the factory incandescent, and modify the wiring on the kit, but they will not work with incandescent.

Thanks for the reply. I suppose it would be possible to rewire things to eliminate the resistors and keep the OE bulbs in place. You don't have a pic of the item on you site. Is the wiring for the OE incandescent bulbs omitted from the connectors? I'd prefer to make all wiring modifications at your module/harness rather than cutting into the factory harness.
