No, they will function the same as your OEM bulbs, you won't have any issues with flickering and they can still be dimmed using your factory dimmer switch.

What color are the lights in the pictures, white or blue?

 

The lights in the first post are "white"

It's a 6000K color, mostly white with a very slight tint of color. Looks very crisp and modern

I will most likely be ordering city, reverse, etc (other exterior leds) soon but I hear they are more difficult to install for people who aren't great with work like me

 

LED replacement upgrades are probably one of the easiest things to do on your car. I think you'll be surprised how simple it is.
