What is out of stock is dependent on what specific stage you are ordering, most everything will be back in stock March 11. Let me know what stages you are ordering for each light and I can tell you what is specifically out of stock.

The city light is the small 194 (wedge base) bulb in the headlight, here is a picture (not in the G37, but I'm sure you get the idea)
