I'm sorry to hear that, I know they are extremely busy working out of 2 shops right now. I'm a vendor for them, which they are trying to work more through rather then directly with the customer(unless there is any issues with the product, Alex takes care of you!). Autokits is not "banned", they just no longer are a "paying vendor" on here. I rep all of their orders through he myg37 forum.
