Well to answer my own question and to comment on yours... I suggest that you save yourself a few bucks by skipping the stainless steel hardware kit. The bolts are stainless, but the anchors/clips are not. They rusted through and I damaged my bumper trying to remove one. I reinstalled the OEM hardware without issues.

With any hardware we would recommend using a small amount of Anti-seize to prevent them from seizing esp if you are in a area where salt is an issue.
You can also reuse the stock U-nuts if you still have them, the ones we supply are for replacements if you OEM hardware has already corroded or missing which is usually the case, You don't have to use them but we like you to have everything you need to install.
All of our hardware will interchange with the stock hardware although we do recommend using the bolts we supply as they are MUCH stronger than the OEM bolts.
