Would this sound good?

Looking to put a megan racing y-pipe and a beluga racing axle back on my stock g37 that already has vibrant resonators.

Would this have a deeper, less raspy tone and is the y-pipe worth getting or should i just go with the axle back and keep my stock y pipe?

Vibrant 1790 12" resonators with the Beluga axle back should sound good as a few folks around here and on the Reddit G sub run this setup. I recommend doing the mod in individual steps.

Be careful swapping out the OEM y-pipe only as the mid-pipe has a 2.5" collector and most aftermarket Y-Pipes use 3", often triggering rasp due to the mismatched sizes.

These guys sell a Y-Pipe that uses and 2.5" collector and 2" tubing all the way through from the cats (the OEM y-pipe tapers to under 2"): https://mufflerexpress.com/collectio...pipe-flex-pipe

Post some sound clips once complete.

I have this one, but purchased a while back for under $500.

Sounds excellent with the vibrant resonators noted earlier. I found a nice coupon for someone else recently on the forum recently, but I cannot find the post.

What are your thoughts on the Top Speed Pro 1 Axel Back, do you think it would sound good with the vibrants?

This is essentially a muffler delete right? I'm normally not a fan, but it sounds pretty good in this clip:

If you get it, you may want to leave the longer stock resonators in place or you may get more drone. What about just replacing the mufflers as axlebacks match the size of the factory exhaust tubing: https://www.myg37.com/forums/intake-...he-fi-cbe.html

Yea it's practically just a muffler delete, so you suggest I just get different mufflers instead? Any good options that I could order other than the Sebring mufflers?

Unfortunately, I do not. If you go the muffler delete route, there are lower cost options. Since it's just a stainless pipe with a tip, I'd trust most of them like this one:
Amazon Amazon

Mufflers are much more complex, so I'd stick with name brands. I've seen the "best muffler" question asked many times, but the conversation quickly shifts to axle and cat backs. May want to call a local muffler shop and see what they recommend.
