Ever since I put in this SOHO exhaust I've had all kinds of rattling issues I'm hunting down and SOHO is totally useless in responses.

Here's a video I captured while driving of the rattling noise. When I can get a video from the outside the next time it rattles, I will. I can't seem to reproduce it -- it happens at random. The other night I was able to seemingly stop the noise by opening the trunk and pushing down on the plastic interior in order to depress the suspension in the rear and bounce the car around a bit.
