I think I broke my car help me plz

I just changed my spark plugs and now I have a check engine light the slip light and the vdc light on and when I press on the gas pedal the rpms only go to maybe 1100. Has anyone had a problem like this before ?

If you can go to an AutoZone/O'Riley's to get a reader ~ $50 instead of taking the car and paying to get checked. It'll help in the future

Limp mode Reduces the power to engine and transmission and only lets it rev to a certain rpm so you don't damage them.

First time I got limp mode was in my g35, I had just cleaned my intake cones and they were still a bit wet after I put them back. Took it for a test and the car wouldn't let me go passed 2.5k RPM
Make sure that your spark plugs and coul packs are all seated and torqued down properly.
If you did nothing else to the car then your problem lies in what you touched.

Do u know how to take it out of limp mode ? Or what codes I should look for? I did get a code for sensor on the throttle body a while back but I cleaned them and it eventually went away

It will not come out of limp mode until you address the problem. And I wouldn't try to take it out of limp mode since the car is protecting itself from further damage. You need to check the codes first and then address them.
Again, I would make sure everything is seated properly on what you removed.
I've changed my spark plugs multiple times and have never had a problem while putting everything back to spec

Since you have to remove intakes and throttle body to do all 6 plugs you probably at end rushed and forgot to plug back in sensors
