Only you can answer that. To get an appreciable power increase, you also need high-flow cats and a cat-back exhaust along with a tune. If you're just into it for the noise, then ...?

Exhaust should be first. Think of it as stuffing your mouth while a plug is in your butt. That’s a weird analogy but it’s true for almost every vehicle you want to modify.
