I've been saving up for a HKS cat back for a while now but before buying that I want to get an air intake to help keep up with the exhaust. I've been looking at K&N's short ram intake and based off the dynos it looks better than other short ram brands so is there anything I need to know before buying?

 

I've seen a few of those used for pretty cheap.

 

Short rams will not make any noticeable power, end of story. Do some research on here and 370z forums. No tune intake; Stillen, SOHO. 3 inch intakes that require a tune; AdminTuning, Rabbit Hole Motorsports, RZG. Limp Mode Tuning.
