p1148 & p1168 after hfc

Hey everyone,

I just got my Kinetix HFC today, supposively these werent suppose to throw a SES, I also had to i stall new NTK Spark plugs since oem ones didnt want to come out and got stripped. (had the shop do it) I pulled the codes P1148 and P1168, tried reseting the ecu and pulling the negative terminal, codes popped up immediately. Is there a fix to this? Theres no leak in the system at all. Would I need o2 bungs? or would somehow the car needs to relearn/adjust to the new hfc?

Thanks in advance!

Either your sensors were damaged upon re-install, or they were left unplugged.

Again, they probably got damaged or something. They both wouldn't just randomly go bad after a HFC install.
