Berk cats, long term experience?

Berk cats, long term experience?
Wifey's '09 G37 convertible has a rattle in the drivers cat. $800 for just the one if I go OEM and might as well call it $1600 because the other side will go soon enough. Been reading up and seems like the Berk HFC is well liked and at $500-ish for the pair I am liking them. The wife wants zero problems so before I pull the trigger on these I figured it would be good to ask for a 6 month + review from those who have installed them. What say you?

I had a set installed on my '08 Coupe for less than 3 months before changing to a resonated HFC. The rasp was too much for me in a daily driver in city stop-and-go traffic. Every gear shift was embarrassing.
Fit and finish were spot on, no codes, I just did not like them at all.
Make sure "Wifey" will appreciate and tolerate the additional noise.

I'd say those or Z1 (currently out of stock though). Fast Intentions has some as well but they are more expensive.
Here are the Berks for a bit cheaper (free shipping).
