CARB Certification?

So I've done the research, I've decided on a new exhaust for my '13 coupe. I'm going with the motordyne shockwave...…...but.....I cannot find any information on whether it is CARB legal or not which is REALLY important to me since I live in CA. Does anyone know if the MDSW exhaust is in fact carb legal? Also I am new to the forum, so if I have posted this in the wrong section, I apologize in advance. P.S. WTF is a "sticky"?

Sticky = pinned thread.

Each forum has a pinned thread section at the top followed by normal threads.

Sorry, can't help with the KARB cert issue. Texas doesn't follow Kalifornia's oppressive emission laws.
