Driving old altima just cost me 495
I kept my old 3.5 SE Altima when I bought my Q40, but it’s just been sitting in the driveway for a while. Decided to take it for a drive to keep battery topped up and stomped on it in a corner with windows down. The sound of the intake reminded me how much I miss having a car that makes sweet sounds when you step on it, so I came home and bought the gen 3 stillen for the q40
For people that have them, are they loud? On my altima the single aem intake is louder than the exhaust at WOT and i love how it sounds. Hoping for similar with stillen kit

I may just do the muffler delete and see how that goes. Hard to tell from youtube but seems to sound pretty good. Divorced so don’t have to worry about wife complaining the car is too loud so as long as it doesn’t **** of neighbors it’s all good lol

dude every time i post something you are chiming in like you have something to prove...intake barely adds anything, maybe some butt horsepower. all the Op was talking about was the sound and how it was costing him money. The only solution I see is a 2" hole saw to the air box ahahaha

I agree with start. If you want to ghetto rig your car to make noise go ahead it's your car that I assume you pay for. Some people like all show no go...

I wouldn’t pay money for better sound that lost horsepower, but if there’s a small gain (I’m skeptical of 15hp or whatever they say at injen even with they dyno data) and it sounds and looks good then I’m cool with it.

Make sure also to put on stickers for parts companies that either dont make parts for your car or you don't own. Maybe some bmw CF m fender sills and m badging along with a Ferrari emblem
