Any tips to get out of a neighborhood quietly?

First things first, car is a G37, automatic, Motordyne exhaust. It wasn't really a problem when I lived in a more open residential area. Now I've moved out to a new location and its more quiet. I park in a little cove and the exhaust is LOUD on a cold start, amplified more by being in between two buildings.

I leave by 6am and starting to feel like I wake up people. My roommates say they can hear my car over the hairdryer by their ear.

Only way I can make my car more quiet is shifting to drive immediately after starting and driving out very slowly but I think that's bad for the car?

Anyone have any tips or adjustments I can make? Changing back to stock would be a last resort.

Give it few seconds to get the fluids circulating. Be gentle on the gas once rolling both to allow the engine to warm up and to keep things quieter.
