I'm torn between getting these tubes or gambling on a K&N Typhoon knockoff (and getting K&N cones for filtering). I really just want the noise; I am happy just not to lose power. Do the tubes add noise? And are there any mods I can do to the stock airbox?

 

You may get a tiny amount nothing major if noticable.
go with short rams for noise.
i love mine. Only notice lag in summertime 80+ weather but the sound is incredible

Airbox is where most of the noise comes from.

Get a Takeda one from us! Or a K&N.
