"Exhaust Gaskets" vs. Metal Exhaust Gaskets

This is more or less an observation. I have an Arizona car and my Invidia Q300 cat back exhaust is less than five months old, has less than 4K miles on it, and the car was driven in the rain 1X in that time period. Mind you, it's a "dry heat" here in Phoenix. My gaskets are already burnt, rusty, and corroding. Recently I found myself removing and reinstalling my mufflers a lot for various projects, I decided to get a pair of the Z1 Motorsports full metal exhaust gaskets and they're awesome. So much so that after I ordered my FI RHFCs, I ordered the Z1 gaskets for it as well. After seeing the condition of the rest of my gaskets today, I think slowly but surely I'm going to replace all of them for the Z1.

In this pic, there's one gasket that still looks great, but the rest have corrosion front/back. Why not just upgrade them for longevity sake?

I had Z1 gaskets and they leaked as well, but they were better than the composite gaskets you had on your Invidia. For the RHFC, I would re-torque the bolts after the first 200ish miles.
