R2C Intakes

Just installed these and they are LOUD! I came from HPS tubes and K&Ns. Love the deep tone though.

Where did you get these? I placed order directly with r2c 2 months ago, before i did that they confirmed that they have product in stock.
Two months later, i still haven't received it. They stopped replaying my emails with questions about shipping date.
whenever I call them they tell me its gonna ship in two days or tomorrow. And i am getting same story every week lol.

I dealt with Colin over there. Are you emailing sales@r2cperformance.com? If you are, put ATTN: Colin in the subject. He's the sales manager.

T-bolts at the throttle bodies? Take a second look at that, OP. There's a narrow section on the TB neck before the rib at the lip, and those T-bolts are wider than the typical worm clamp. In other words, you don't want to torque them down on that rib, you want to be behind it for a good fit.

I reused what came with my HPS tubes. They are a tight fit but seal perfectly and won't be coming off anytime soon.

If you can't get any answer out of them, or anything at all, I'd send them an email letting them know you're doing a chargeback (which might prompt them into not screwing around with you anymore). Or just do the chargeback. As far as I know, it's not a great thing when this happens to a business.

I will give them one more week. Will go for refund from Paypal. It is kind a sad thing, they could give me clear answer when asked and i was polite. Did not give any bad attitude, but all i was getting bogus answers. There are few reviews about R2C... one guy said he was waiting 7 months for his filters.
Takeda CAI is my second option

Chiming in here on R2C I bought the R2C kit through TunerzStore who is great however the nickel plating started detaching and bubbling off the intake tubes. Flash forward a year and a half later. Still getting the run around.. "we'll ship you replacements as soon as we have them in"

FYI, opened Paypal case on Tuesday. Afternoon same day, received email stating that it was already picked up today ( same day ).... Anyways, filters received today and installed.
