I like the Takeda, being that there is one connected filter, it looks more stable. I saw on youtube, where someone got installed without removing the bumper. I don't think that either have an Intake Bi-pass valve, which would be good if you are going in really bad weather. The design does make it harder to take on water though.

im leaning more towards the takeda, by any chance do you guys know where I can get it for the cheapest? And the splash shield, how effective is it? I live in the north east and we don't get too much rain. Just all four season. Is it too much of a risk to get the long tubes?
