LPV intake?

I saw some videos on a G37 that had something called a LPV intake and I was curious if any one knows what kind of mod this is?

I just googled that.... "low pressure vacuum intake" wth?

The only mention of it is some sketchy guy on instagram. I have no idea what it is, but its clearly some BS somebody made up.
