I actually used this:
1/4 in. Air Die Grinder

to mount this:
Cut-off Wheels - 4-1/2" Cut-off Wheels for Metal, Pack of 10

on this:
http://www.harborfreight.com/1-4-qua...nder-93389.htm

It may be a safety concern that the right angle doesn't have a guard.

I had to put a wet rag on my face and used safety glasses due to all the sparks!!

Maybe this will work:
120§ Air Angle Die Grinder

Wow thanks for all the tips, those 4.5" cutting discs..how do they attach to the die grinder? I might look into a giant welding helmet, something better than simple safety glasses. THe 120 degree air angle die grider looks solid!! Will stop by harbor freight tonight and scope it out.

They attach at the center. On the grinder, there is a little key with 2 prongs that you put in and unscrew the cap holding the grinding wheel. There's probably a button on the grinder you have to hold to keep the wheel from spinning. It's kinda weird the first time but after you get it loose once you'll know what I mean. I'm sure a harbor freight employee can better explain it with the grinder in hand. It's one of the most valuable tools you can have in a garage.

Edit: I just googled some pictures of harbor friend grinders to better illustrate the removal and wow, there are some very bad accidents of broken wheels stuck in peoples faces etc... DO NOT google it lol.. Make sure you get some goggles....

NeoNz - I was looking to install my Top Speed Y Back exhaust and also saw that the 2 bolts on the flange on the Y pipe where it meets the mid pipe is also welded on. So it must have came from the factory that way. No idea why they did it that way.. It's going to be a PITA to get out.

Those bolts are welded on my 11 G37 S sedan as well... I suspect they might all be welded.
