Header Install on AWD Sedan

Who has installed Headers on an AWD sedan? Which headers did you use and did you have to cut part of the motor mount bracket in order to get them to fit. AMNVQ recently had a bad install experience (Momentum headers) and I'm scheduled to have my Stillen headers installed next wednesday. I wanted to get as many peoples experiences as possible before I proceed. Only AWD G's please as apparently the motor mount on the driver side on the AWD models is the issue.

The issue with mine was the the front tube went down first then sideways, if it went sideways first then down I would have fit( Just what I was told by the tech).

Maybe the Stillen headers tubing is directed differently? Hopefully we get some responses.

There may be some look in Z1's header kit for AWD. I was pondering headers but after reading a few post about the install on the AWD sedan it has me worried. Granted i live in Georgia so I can have the people who make the z1 headers install them and there shouldn't be any issues. Well at least I hope cause that would suck *** lol

the Z1 headers are Momentum. Z1 bought the design. I'm guessing they'd have to change the front tube design. I sent Z1 an email yesterday and got no reply :/.

The top one in each picture should be the driver side. See how the fron tube on the Stillen headers doesn't dip first. It looks like it goes straight across. Maybe that will allow it to miss the mount. Is that where the Z1's were hitting and why Mike?

Did you install it yourself or had a shop do it?

Shop. it's a major PITA. Really need a lift cause you have to remove the steering rack.
