The K&N is a short ram. The Takeda has an optional splash guard that also looks nice, and is a bit easier to install than the Stillen.
Either tacked or stolen gen 3. Takeda is cheaper and seems easier to install. If I could do it over again I'd buy the Takeda. They both should make the same power.
