Throttle Body Spacer

Can you get a after market throttle body spacer for a g37?

They used to make them for the g35 assuming their the same size they would bolt up but you'd have to modify your intake to get it to clear

I don't think those things work anyway. read alot of reviews about them for my 07 yukon,just a waste of money.
but thats just my 02 cents.
